These photographs were taken by me in Crested Butte Colorado, transferred to wood, embellished with various metal cut-outs, and embossed with detail. I played with the contrast of the natural rustic look of the wood and clean well defined lines and quality of the metal when adding detail to the photographs. The metal additions were playful representations of my experiences in Colorado over the years. Inspired by rustic art in various galleries out West.
